Ordering and fulfilment process
You will receive an email notification when your order has been received.
We will then notify you when payment has been finalised, plus provide the tracking number and your invoice when shipped. Please note if you have ordered products from multiple warehouses, you will receive a separate tracking number and invoice for each.
If you have a login account, you can also access a copy of your invoice from the My Orders section by selecting View Order, Invoices and download attachment.
If there are any issues with fulfilling your order, we will get in touch to arrange alternatives for processing and payment if available.
Please note we have a minimum order amount of $50.00 excl. shipping and GST.
